As the founders of Action Capital Mortgage Service (a full service mortgage company licensed in 4 states), Action Capital Insurance Service (a full service insurance brokerage), Action Capital Real Estate Services (a licensed Real Estate Brokerage).
As the recession of the late 2008 to 2010 hit we found that in order to provide best in class service we were better off teaming up with the best in class service providers. That’s why we are now offering our services in association with Emery Federal, Prudential Serls Prime Property, and the Satellite Insurance Agents Association.

Dean Michael offers his 25 years of experience in the industry, plus that of his public service as both a Town Zoning Board member and as a Town Councilman. Dean has also served on several non-profit & Non Profit organizations and continues to consult for many business organizations.
Susan Michael’s background also stretches over 25 years in the real estate industry, both as a Mortgage consultant, realtor and fee appraiser. Sue’s background also includes that of an advertising executive and will use those experiences to both price and market your home. Sue also donates her time and money to worthy charities.
